Overtec Limited was created in 2010 to provide organisations with solutions that help mobile workforces to work efficiently and safely in ways that ensure any related compliance regulations are met.

The aim is to help businesses follow 'lean management' principals and make financial savings while looking after and rewarding staff for jobs well done.

The Management team

Founding joint managing directors David Armstrong and David Thomas worked for many years providing telecoms and safety solutions using the resources of an alarm receiving centre.

Dave Armstrong, a qualified accountant by training, in particular has been responsible for advancing lone worker protection in the UK.

Dave Thomas has a senior operations background and has managed very large mobile workforces. He has also developed many services that use the resources of alarm receiving centres that help business safety, security, continuity and disaster recovery.
